Impressive.

Excellent animation and coordination of some events with the music - and not a bad song for it, either. Good work! :-)

I think you might want to hook up...

...with the folks who made the tiny little movie, "Treevenge" - the fundamental concept of that flick and your flash are very similar (in Treevenve, Christmas trees rebel against the humans and go on a murder spree - very short, but funny flick and well produced - more well produced than any such concept film should ever have the right to be. But your idea and their idea - seriously, I think you could work some magic together. ;-) Nice flash! More! More! :-)

LOL!

OMFG, seeing Satan holding his claws into a cross whilst chanting "The power of Christ compels you!" - WOW, that was too funny. :-) The slice & dice at the end was also quite hysterical. Perfect segmentation on the assorted cross-sections! :-) MORE! MORE!!! :-)

Aside from uploading the file...

...what part of this did -you- create? The music isn't from you, the dancing bear isn't from you - did you at least do the background?

Is there supposed to be sound?

Maybe it's just a glitch in my system, but there wasn't any sound. Silent toons are okay, but it looked like we were supposed to be hearing stuff. If it's just me, then never mind. :-)

Blammed b-4 I realized there was more than just...

To other viewers: There is more than just the first scene, it just takes forever to get there. I'm only saying this so you don't do like I did and rate it low before realizing that it wasn't just a still-life with blinking lights. :-) It takes about 2 minutes for anything to happen, but something does eventually start happening.

To the author - sorry about giving it 0/5, didn't know it had more to it until I read other reviews. I'd give it at least a 4/5 right now if I could undo my prior rating. The animation was good by the time it came around, but it took so long - seriously, I never would have waited that long for the action to start if I hadn't read other comments indicating that it eventually did. I get the "setting up calmness" aspect of it, but it would've been just as effective if it were a fourth as long. Had it been about that much shorter for that first scene, it would have been perfect all the way through. But the waiting was just overkill. Still, I'd un-blam it if I could, but I honestly had no idea it was going to lead anywhere beyond that scene. I waited like 2 minutes and nothing happened. That really rather detracted from the overal "cool quality" of the piece, as it really was pretty good once things actually got started. Keep it up! :-)

Tell me what I did wrong, but keep me going, its what I like, and what every other animator likes. Criticism, not insults.
Thank you kindly! :D

At first I thought, 'crappy', but...

...then I realized, you actually MEANT for them to look that way. Yeah, it's an interesting style - it threw me off, it looked child-like and hand-scrawled on toilet paper, but then I recognized all the signs of actual -design-. A very interesting choice of design, dude. If it works for you, that's good enough for me and it's certainly better than a hundred or more other newbs might be able to do. So keep it up! :-)

Now that is some true inspiration!

This must be a candidate for the "Self-help" category, right? ;-

Loved it! :-

Loki like...

Kokopeli Loki like this - celebrate death! Dance with death! At least, that's how they do it south of the border! :-) Great work, man!

I can't believe how well...

...you did "lip-syncing" and facial expressions, all on a - what? 10x8 pixel grid or so? Lip-syncing - I never would've even thought of trying to do that with so few pixels. But you actually did it. Nice job! Funny material, too! :-)
